When you contact Laptop Service Center by phone, WhatsApp, or in person, we collect basic details necessary to service your device — your name, phone number, device model and serial number, and a description of the fault. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.
Repairs sometimes require our technicians to boot or access your device. We do not read, copy, or share personal files stored on your device unless data recovery is the specific service requested, and even then recovered data is handed back to you and deleted from our systems once the job is complete.
Job sheets and contact details are retained for the duration of your repair warranty (90 days) plus a reasonable period for accounting records, after which they are securely discarded.
